  • Eligibility
    • GPA average above B (3.0/4.3)
    • English Proficiency (for non-native students): Equivalent scores of TOEFL iBT 79, IELTS (Ac) 6.0 or above
    • Full-time student (sophomore or above) of an AEARU member university
  • Admission: Students will be receiving official acceptance letters upon admission, and will be granted a student ID number further along the process.
  • Course Schedule: The time zone and course time may be different from your home university. Please carefully check the course syllabus to make sure that the courses fit into your schedule. If you are attending an asynchronous course, you may need to attend online discussion meetings at appointed time and date.
  • Course Withdrawal: If you want to withdraw a course, please notify the course professor and Mr. Shawn Jeong from 27 September to 5 November. Withdrawn course will be shown a “W” on your transcript.
  • Academic Transcripts: Official academic transcripts will be sent to the students’ home universities by post within a month from the end of the semester.
  • Submission Documents
    • Application Form (to be provided) signed by home university coordinator
    • Official Academic Transcript (in English)
    • Proof of English Proficiency (may be substituted with proof documents from home university)
